Educational sessions on maple syrup production timed to help producers prepare for their coming season. Featured speakers will cover recent weather effects, new research, spout and tubing sanitation, and implementation of the Food Safety Modernization Act. Preregistration is $35 and includes lunch; the deadline to preregister is Jan. 11. Registration at the door might not include lunch.
