Board Announces First Sponsored Event at the Conservation
Tillage and Technology Conference in March
The Ohio
Agricultural Technologies Association is sponsoring a special
afternoon session at the Conservation Tillage and Technology
Conference on March 3, 2003 at Ada, Ohio.
The theme
is on Exploring Communication and Record Keeping Technologies
for Todays Agriculture.

Grant
Mangold tracks agricultural information technologies from
a northwest Iowa farm, where he launched "agInnovator"
in 1993. He has also served as Senior Technology Editor for
Successful Farming and @griculture Online, as Editor of Soybean
Digest, and as a regular photo-journalism contributor to major
agricultural communication companies since 1977. He says agricultural
information technologies promise to help farmers "know
what you grow" and make better management decisions through
improved information management.

The Conservation
Tillage and Technology Conference is a two-day conference
with concurrent sessions on crop management, fertility, water
quality/water management, farm policy and management, and
precision agriculture. On March 4 a full day precision agriculture
